Household & personal care · Wholesale and retail online Vtipz is the laundry detergent, fabric softener and cleaning-product brand of Vinh Thai Phong Import-Export Co., Ltd., and it also distributes familiar consumer brands. 123Website built a WooCommerce store on a custom theme: retail buyers order straight away, and shops and distributors register as dealers, get approved, then see wholesale prices for tiers 1, 2 and 3.
Clients
Vinh Thai Phong Import-Export Co., Ltd. (Ho Chi Minh City) sells the VtipZ brand: Power laundry detergent, Magic fabric softener, Clean washing powder, Bio dishwashing liquid and Care floor cleaner, including large cans for heavy users. Alongside its own range, the company wholesales familiar brands such as Omo, Ariel, Sunlight, Dove, Tide, Surf and Aba to retail shops.
The problem
A retail buyer wants to order a few bottles, as in a supermarket. A shop buying wholesale needs prices by dealer tier, orders by the carton and in large cans, and does not want those prices visible to everyone. The website has to sell to both without splitting into two sites.

The product page has a price table for dealer tiers 1, 2 and 3, with minimum quantities. A customer who has not been approved sees only the retail price.

A shop submits an application with its business license. An administrator reviews it before assigning a dealer tier.

4L, 5L, 10L and 20L cans for laundries, hotels and hospitals, with their own category and menu.

A discount-code library copied in one tap, and a cart that suggests the codes the order already qualifies for.
Shopper experience
On mobile, search, account and cart stay at the top of the page, and the filters open as a sliding panel.
A filter panel: sort, category, brand and price range, with a product count for each item.
Photo, brand, SKU, stock status and a retail price that includes VAT.
A 2L pouch, a 4L pouch or a 20L can, with the dealer price table by tier sitting just above the buy button.
Change the quantity, remove an item and apply a promo code before checkout.
Choose cash on delivery, or a transfer by scanning a VietQR code.
Features
Orders, products and discount codes run on WooCommerce. Tiered wholesale prices, dealer registration, the cart, search, the wishlist and reviews are custom code in the Vtipz theme.
Under the retail price is a table for dealer tiers 1, 2 and 3, with a minimum quantity by pack size. Someone who is not a dealer sees the price hidden, and a way to log in. A logged-in dealer is shown the price for their own tier.
Retail members can buy straight away. Dealers enter the shop name and a contact person, upload a business license and wait for approval.
The cart changes quantity without reloading the page. A panel on the right lists discount codes with their conditions. Tap Apply and the amount comes off.
Checkout is split into three steps: Cart, Payment details and Complete. The address is chosen by province or city and by ward or commune. A business customer can request an electronic VAT invoice, then choose cash on delivery or a VietQR bank transfer.

The product and brand search at the top of the page returns results as you type.
Home care, Kitchen & personal care, and the B2B range open into a multi-column menu.
Each brand page has a description, a product count and its own filters.
The Promotions page gathers free-shipping, fixed-amount and percentage codes, copied in one tap.
Visitors can save items before they log in. After login, the list syncs to the account.
A form to pick a star rating and send a review, and review pages that do not reload the page.
Asks which province they sell in, and the business type: grocery shop, mini-market, laundry...
Switch between Vietnamese and English on the top bar and in the mobile menu.
Admin system
Products, pack-size variations, stock, discount codes and orders live in WooCommerce. Dealer applications are approved by an administrator, who assigns a tier and a minimum order quantity to each dealer.
Technology
The Vtipz theme is built from the Figma design, with its own templates for dealer registration, promotions, brands, the cart, checkout and the account. Cart actions, discount codes, search, the wishlist and reviews use AJAX, so the page does not reload.
Dealer prices are hidden from visitors who are not logged in or not yet approved. A dealer account sees only the price list for its own tier.
Each product, category, brand and article has its own URL and SEO tags through Yoast, connected to Search Console with Site Kit.
