What does website management include?
Each month, we update articles, refresh slides, optimize images, check and fix broken links, manage inquiry data and send a report. Monthly article counts are 5 for QTV1, 7 for QTV2 and 10 for QTV3. QTV2 and QTV3 also include forms and live chat; QTV3 adds keyword checks.
Why is the minimum contract 3 months?
Three months allows us to assess the website, schedule updates, agree on content contacts and acceptance criteria, then establish a steady routine. One-month engagements often stop just as the website begins to stabilize. QTV1, QTV2 and QTV3 all require a minimum 3-month contract.
What do I need to prepare each month?
Send new product details, campaigns, images, documents or article outlines to one contact. We edit complete articles, format pages, optimize images and publish within your package. You supply and approve business-specific details such as specifications, prices and policies before publication. At month-end, you receive a report by email or Zalo and can comment on next month's plan.
Should I choose QTV1, QTV2 or QTV3?
QTV1 suits basic updates: 5 articles and 1 slide per month. QTV2 and QTV3 suit websites needing forms, live chat and care for existing images and articles. QTV3 includes 10 articles, 5 slides per month and keyword checks. If unsure, call 0932 092 002 for advice.
How is technical work outside content management handled?
Design changes, landing pages, new pages and partial upgrades fall outside content management packages. You can add our dedicated technician packages on an hourly basis, from VND 300,000/week for 2 hours (KTV1). Hours are deducted only after tasks are agreed, and we notify you before work exceeds your allowance.
Does website management include keyword SEO?
Management keeps your site fresh, informative and focused on conversions. Keyword checks are included only in QTV3. Keyword SEO, content strategy and VIP pages require a separately agreed scope. If your main goal is more customers from Google, see 123Website's SEO services.
