A supplier list with B2B filters
Filter by verification, category, payment terms (T/T, L/C, D/P...), Incoterms (FOB, CIF, EXW...) and country. Product cards show the price, unit, supplier and how many quotes have been sent.

B2B marketplace · Three languages VinaOpen connects Vietnamese suppliers of seafood, agricultural produce, food and handicrafts with overseas importers. 123Website built the marketplace on WordPress with a custom core: verified supplier profiles, a buying-request board (RFQ), quotes, membership plans, four services that support a transaction, and a Vue.js dashboard for buyers and suppliers.

Clients
VinaOpen (Vietnam Global Trade) is a B2B marketplace based in Ho Chi Minh City that takes Made in Vietnam goods to international markets. Vietnamese suppliers list profiles and products. Overseas buyers source goods, post buying requests and use logistics, international payment and supplier verification.
The problem
International buyers cannot visit every factory to check it, and Vietnamese suppliers find it hard to reach overseas clients on their own. The marketplace has to speak the language of trade: payment terms, Incoterms and minimum quantity, and give both sides a reason to trust each other.
01
A menu of 10 product groups, each split into several subcategory levels, with filters for verification, payment terms, Incoterms and country.
02
Superior and Verified labels, a trust score, year founded, staff count, certifications and buyer reviews.
03
A purchase request (RFQ) states the goods, quantity, destination port and payment terms, and suppliers send quotes.
04
Basic, Premium and Superior plans for 1 to 12 months. Contact details are only partly shown to visitors who are not logged in.
Shopper experience
On mobile, the bottom tab bar is already split into the two sides, Buyers and Suppliers, plus Service and Contact.

A search box set to Sellers or Buyers, with a Trade button directly under the logo.

Premium products come first, with Superior and Verified labels, and a Filter button that opens the filters.

Price, minimum quantity, payment terms, Incoterms and specification.

Choose Buyer or Seller, and register with email or a Google account.

The logistics form asks for the goods, the HS code, the port of loading, the port of discharge and the documents.
Features
The marketplace is custom data types and an API written for VinaOpen, not an off-the-shelf marketplace plugin.

Admin system
After sign-in, buyers and suppliers work in a Vue.js dashboard: post buying requests, send and track quotes, and manage the company profile without reloading the page. Behind that, products, purchase requests, quotes and membership plans are custom content types in WordPress, with a B2B taxonomy: country, business type, number of employees, annual revenue, packing specification, currency, payment terms and Incoterms.
Technology
The buyer and supplier workspaces are a Vue.js dashboard that calls VinaOpen's own API. A child theme on Hello Elementor handles the public pages, and the about and service pages are built in Elementor Pro so they are easy to update.
Payment terms, Incoterms, currency and country are standard lists, so they can be filtered and look the same on every product and every purchase request.
The about and services sections went up first. Registration, the workspace, RFQs, quotes and guides for each side were added after that.
