Is SMS marketing an extra charge?
The sending tool is included in every website design package, from GOLD at VND 4,990,000. The carrier's message fee (SMS credits) is billed separately, based on how many texts you send. See the details on the website design price list.
Can bulk texts be blocked by the carrier?
Yes, if you send too fast or repeat the same wording. The tool has two features to reduce this risk: a delay between messages and random rotation of several templates. Promotional content must still follow carrier rules and the law.
Which devices does the sending software run on?
The SMS software runs on phones and Windows computers. The interface is simple, so non-technical staff can create campaigns themselves.
Who should you text?
