Is live chat an extra charge?
No. Live chat is included in every website design package, from GOLD at VND 4,990,000, using the free Tawk.to plan. See the details on the website design price list.
Who replies to visitors?
Your own staff reply in the Tawk.to dashboard. The chat box does not replace someone on duty. If the team is small, add a Zalo button and the hotline so visitors have more than one way to reach you.
What if someone messages outside business hours?
When nobody is on duty, they leave an offline message with their contact details. The message is saved so your team can reply when the workday starts.
Can I change the color and position of the chat box?
Yes. In the widget settings you can change the chat icon on desktop and on mobile, the height, the width, the position on the page, the header color and the message color.
Can live chat be added to a site that is already live?
Yes. A WordPress site uses the Tawk.to plugin. Other platforms use the embed code. Send us the address and we will check it and tell you how to proceed.
