What this feature solves
When a business needs email marketing
Three situations we often see on business websites, and how email marketing handles them.
-
Someone leaves an email, then hears nothing
Contact and newsletter forms collect addresses, but nobody follows up.
The list updates itself from the forms, and a welcome email goes out as soon as someone signs up.
-
Sending each email by hand takes too long
Every promotion means writing and sending mail by hand to each group.
Write it once from a template, then schedule it by group and by event.
-
You can't tell which emails get read
After you send, you cannot tell who opened the email or clicked a link.
A report for each campaign: delivered, opened, link clicked.
What is included

FAQ
Email marketing FAQ
Don't see your question? Call our hotline 0932 092 002 or visit our FAQ page.
Is email marketing an extra charge?
The email marketing tool is included in every website design package, from GOLD at VND 4,990,000. The extra cost is the sending fee (email credits) when you send a large volume, priced separately for what you actually send. See each package on the website design price list.
Can bulk email land in spam?
It can, if the list has many bad addresses, people did not agree to hear from you, or you send in bursts. Send only to people who signed up, put an unsubscribe link in every email, and keep a steady pace. The tool does not replace keeping the list clean.
Where does the customer list come from?
From forms on the site, such as contact, newsletter and checkout, plus any list you import. The list updates when someone new signs up, and you can split it into groups so each group gets the right email.
Can email marketing be added to a site that is already live?
Yes, on a WordPress site that is already live. Send us the address. We will check the version, theme and plugins in use, then quote an approach and a cost.
How is email marketing different from domain email?
Domain email (such as you@yourcompany.com) is for day-to-day work. Email marketing sends a campaign to many customers at once. Domain email is a separate service. For details, see Business email.
