Templates job board

This category differs from the recruitment category in one way: these are templates for a job board, where many employers post and many candidates search. If you only need to post jobs for your own company, recruitment website templates are simpler and take less work.

Job website templates here, such as Superio, CareerUp, Workio, and Jobget, all put a keyword and location search at the top of the homepage, with common industry categories. Behind that are two account types: employers post jobs and manage applications; candidates create a profile, save jobs, and submit a CV. Most templates are in English, so we localize the whole interface and the notification emails into Vietnamese.

Honest advice: a job board is hardest to keep alive at the start. No listings, and candidates do not come; no candidates, and employers do not post. Boards that last usually start from a niche where you already have relationships:

• jobs in one industrial zone or one province;
• jobs in one industry, such as hotels and restaurants, accounting, or driving;
• part-time jobs for students around a campus.

A plan to have a few dozen real listings in the first month matters more than which template you pick.

A website of the same type we have built is DHR Partner: jobs filtered by industry and location, keyword search, and CV submission with a file.

A board with free listings can be built from the GOLD package, VND 4.99 million. To charge for posts or sell featured listings through online payment, you need PLATINUM or above; see website design price list. Build time is 7 to 15 business days when the materials are complete.
