Templates hospital
Hospital and medical center website templates: department pages, doctors, visit guides and appointment requests. See the Medixo and MedisCare demos, and how a build works.
About hospital website templates
People who open a hospital website are often worried and need one very specific fact: which department treats this, which doctor, what time, and which papers to bring. A useful site gets them to the right department page in two or three clicks, instead of a long about page.
The hospital templates in this category (Medixo, MedisCare, Dunmedic, Romedic, Clinexa and others) already have a frame for:
- a department list, with one page for each department
- doctor profiles: specialty, working hours and the department they belong to
- a first-visit guide, health insurance, and a service price list if the hospital publishes one
- an appointment request form, activity news and health articles
One thing to say plainly: the appointment form in a template only receives a request. Picking an exact appointment slot, confirming it automatically, or looking up lab results requires a connection to the hospital information system (HIS), and that system has to be assessed before we can quote the scope. A good-looking site with an out-of-date doctor schedule does more harm than good.
At 123Website, you pick a template and send the department map, the doctor list and photos of the facility. We customize it to your identity, build department and doctor pages, and set permissions for the people who update the site. The layout and basic content are handed over in 7 to 15 working days once the hospital sends all materials, from VND 4.99 million (GOLD). Integration items are quoted separately. Higher packages are listed in our website design price list.
Our article on hospital website design covers structure and cost in more detail. One real project to look at is Nguyen Trai Hospital, a Grade I general hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.
FAQ about hospital website templates
Can the website connect to the HIS we already use?
We first need to review the HIS, its integration documentation and the data scope. The approach is confirmed only once we know the system supports integration and its owner allows the data to be used.
How should a multi-specialty hospital organize its pages?
Each department should have its own page, linked to the doctors and the related intake guide. The menu should use names a patient can understand, so they find the right information.
Can several people update the site, with different permissions?
WordPress has role-based permissions. A flow with several editors, news approval, and separate rights by department has to be set up around how the hospital actually works.
Does the appointment form confirm a slot immediately?
A request form can be built within the agreed scope. Automatic confirmation of each appointment slot needs schedule data and intake rules. A basic form should not be treated as a full booking system.
