Which packages include online payment?
Card and e-wallet gateways are included from PLATINUM at VND 9,990,000 (PLATINUM, AI PRO and DIAMOND). GOLD and GOLD+ do not include a card gateway, but they still have COD, bank transfer and QR payments with automatic order confirmation. See the website design price list.
What do you need ready to turn on online payment?
You need a merchant account (a contract) with a payment gateway. Without that contract, it cannot be turned on yet. Once the account is ready, we connect the gateway to checkout.
Who charges the transaction fee?
The transaction fee is charged by the payment gateway, under the contract between your business and the gateway. It is not part of the website design price.
Can a GOLD website sell online?
Yes. The site still takes COD, bank transfer and QR payments with automatic order confirmation. When you need a card or e-wallet gateway, upgrade to PLATINUM, or ask us to add it as a separate item.
Is paying on the website safe?
Every 123Website site has SSL data encryption. Card handling is done by the payment gateway, under the gateway's security standards.
