Water supply · Customer service portal Gia Tan Water Supply JSC (Giwaco) supplies tap water to residents and businesses in Dong Nai. 123Website built a custom WordPress theme that puts the four things customers ask about most on the homepage: bill lookup, the water tariff, contract changes and payment methods, plus a disclosure area for shareholders.

Clients
Gia Tan Water Supply Joint Stock Company was established in 2007 to invest in a water supply system for five communes in Kiem Tan and the Dau Giay urban area. Since 2021 the company has been managed and operated by Biwase, and it now runs water plants serving residents and businesses in Thong Nhat, Dinh Quan, Cam My and Long Khanh.
The problem
A water company's customers ask the same questions every month: how much is this period's bill, how the water price is worked out, how to pay, and how to report a meter reading. As a joint-stock company, Giwaco also has to publish reports and resolutions for shareholders, and regular water-quality results.
01
Customers log in with the phone number they registered to view each period's bill, right on their phone.
02
Unit prices by user type, the original documents to download, and payment channels with the transfer reference format.
03
A separate category for monthly tap water quality notices, placed right on the homepage.
04
Financial reports, resolutions, the charter and meeting notices are grouped by type and can be downloaded.
Water customer experience
On mobile, the bottom bar always has Look up and Call hotline, so the customer does not have to find the menu again.

Four shortcuts right under the banner: bill lookup, the tariff, a contract change and payment.

Log in with the phone number registered for the service to view bills by period.

Pay at the counter, by transfer with the customer code, through digital banking, or by collection at home.

Staff record the reading at the home, or the customer reports it by Zalo, SMS or the call center.

Four steps for reading the meter, with frequently asked questions; for more, tap Call hotline.
Features
Each function page is a custom template in the Giwaco theme, and staff update the content themselves in WordPress.
A login page with the phone number and password the customer registered with the company. If there is no account yet, there is a way to contact Giwaco for help.

A unit-price table by user type, notes on tax and fees, and the official pricing decisions for customers to download.

Three tabs: All, Financial reports and General meeting of shareholders; filter by document type, search by name, and view or download the PDF.

The Payment methods page walks through each step: monthly automatic debit, payment in a banking app, and a transfer that states the customer code and the bill period so the company can reconcile it.

Tap water quality notices are posted by month, each with its own page.

A late reading, a faulty meter, a reading that does not match, or a long absence from home.
Full name, phone number, email, address, subject and the request.
Milestones from 2007, the vision, an organization chart and the board of directors.
A search box at the top of the page and in the mobile menu.

Admin system
Services, shareholder documents, customer support articles and news notices are separate content types. Staff only add a post, choose a group and attach a file; the public page puts it in the right place.
Technology
The GIWACO theme is written by 123Website, with no page builder: each function page is a PHP template, and the data sits in separate content types, so the interface stays consistent.
The bill lookup form carries a WordPress security token, which limits forged submissions from other sites.
Each service, support article and notice has its own URL and its own SEO tags via Yoast.
How 123Website built it
