Requirements
What the website needs to do
Four things a joint-stock seaport company needs its website to do well.
-
Present the full range of port services
Port operations, forwarding and yard storage, logistics, bonded warehousing, stevedores and equipment: each service has its own page for shipping lines and shippers to read.
-
Disclose information to shareholders
As a joint-stock company, the port needs to publish its charter, resolutions, general-meeting minutes and financial statements on time, and let shareholders look them up by year.
-
Clear tariffs and guidance
Shippers can download the port service tariff in USD and VND, and read procedure guides and the FAQ before getting in touch.
-
Serve overseas partners
International shipping lines and agents can read port information in English.
