How long does the website design process take?

Template packages usually take 7 to 15 working days after we receive your logo and content and you have chosen a template. Sites with many pages, custom features or system integrations have a separate schedule agreed during consultation. Earlier materials mean less waiting between approvals.

What should you prepare before starting?

Prepare your logo (vector or transparent PNG), color palette if available, core company and service content, original photos and 1 to 3 preferred templates from our template library. Send domain and hosting details if you already have them; otherwise, we recommend a suitable package.

How many design revisions can I request?

Template packages have three approval points: layout, content and pre-launch. At each point, you provide feedback and we revise within the scope agreed in step 2. Changes outside that scope, such as a new design direction or major module, are discussed before work begins.

Is using a template the same as buying a ready-made theme?

No. A template is a starting point that saves time. We customize colors, layout, images, content, forms and calls to action to your brand and goals, creating your own identity rather than an exact copy. For a fully bespoke design, see custom website design.

Who provides support after handover?
