Who Uju Escape is
Uju Escape is a role-playing escape game: each group steps into a room built around a storyline, looks for clues and solves puzzles to get out before time is up. The rooms take horror, supernatural and detective themes, and a horror mode adds extra characters and effects.

The problem
Booking a slot has to be as fast as buying a cinema ticket
Each room has only a few time slots in a day, and the price changes by day of the week. If guests have to message to ask which times are free and then wait for a quote, they tend to leave. The website needs to show the open times, calculate the right amount and hold the slot straight away.

Features
What the Uju Escape website does
Booking is a custom plugin (uju-booking) running on WooCommerce: each hold becomes an order with its own code.
Prices by day and by package
A 1-hour price and a 2-hour combo for each day group, plus a late-night surcharge and Hardcore mode.
A page for each room
Poster, storyline, duration, group size, a difficulty scale and a horror scale, a trailer and a media library.
A VietQR deposit to hold the slot
When the guest taps hold, the system creates an order and shows a VietQR code with the deposit amount and the transfer reference already filled in. The slot is held for 30 minutes. The page checks the deposit status every few seconds and shows it as paid once the order is confirmed. The deposit is taken straight off the bill when the guest arrives to play.

Each hold is a WooCommerce order with its own code. The Monday price, the holiday price and how long a slot is held are settings in the booking plugin, not a code change.
