What this feature solves
What the customizer is for
Three situations we often see on business websites, and how the theme customizer handles them.
-
Change the logo and colors for a new brand
The business has a new logo, but the site still shows the old one.
Upload a new logo and favicon, and change the main color, in a few steps.
-
Add a new item to the menu
There is a new service page, but visitors cannot find it in the menu.
Add, remove and reorder menu items, and choose where the menu appears.
-
A background image slows the site
An oversized background image makes the page slow, and visitors leave early.
Use a reasonably sized background, or a light repeating pattern, so the page loads faster.
What is included
What the customizer includes
Customizer sections differ by theme. Paid themes usually have more options.
-
Site identity
Site name, tagline, logo and favicon (a square image, ideally at least 512 × 512 px).
-
Background image
Upload a large background for a page you want to stand out, or a small image that repeats so the page loads faster.
-
Edit the menu
Add or remove links and headings, and create a new menu for each area.
-
Menu position
Place the menu where the theme allows: header, sidebar or footer.
-
Colors and fonts
Change the main color, background color and fonts to match the brand.
-
Live preview
Changes show in the preview at once, and apply only when you click Publish.

FAQ
Theme customizer FAQ
Don't see your question? Call our hotline 0932 092 002 or visit our FAQ page.
Is the theme customizer an extra charge?
No. The tool is included in every website design package, from GOLD at VND 4,990,000, and it is built into WordPress, so no plugin is needed. See the details on the website design price list.
Where do I open the customizer?
In the WordPress admin, go to Appearance › Customize (the same menu appears in the Vietnamese dashboard). The items shown depend on the theme in use.
What size should the favicon be?
The favicon is the small icon on the browser tab. The image should be square, at least 512 × 512 px, so it stays sharp on every device.
Can a mistaken edit be undone?
Changes in the customizer apply only when you click Publish. Until then they show in the preview only. The site also has Data backups on a schedule, so you can restore when you need to.
How is it different from Elementor?
The customizer is for site-wide settings. Elementor is for drag-and-drop edits to the layout of each page. The two tools are used together.
