The sample comes from first-page Google results, favoring sites with SEO investment. Each industry has only 10 to 31 websites, so industry figures are indicative only. Tests ran once from one machine in Ho Chi Minh City. Only aggregate results are published; website names are withheld. The report is updated annually using the same method.

See the website checker

Which websites were tested?

We selected websites from Google results for common services by industry and city, excluding marketplaces, directories, news sites, social networks, large chains and websites built by 123Website. Only each homepage was tested.

Why are speed measurements slower than on my computer?

We simulate a mid-range phone on slow 4G, similar to Google's mobile speed assessment. Pages may open much faster on office Wi-Fi, but most customers browse on phones.

Does the report name any websites?

No. It publishes only aggregate figures for the full sample, industries and cities. Individual website data is used for calculations only, not published or used to assess specific businesses.

Can I reuse the report's data and charts?

Yes, with attribution to 123Website and a link to this page. Suggested attribution and embed code are in the press section; for industry tables, email info@123website.com.vn.

How can I assess my own website?

Use the free website checker from 123Website, or call 0932 092 002. We use the report's criteria and send results with recommended priorities.

Will the report be updated?

Yes. We plan annual measurements using the same method and sampling approach so businesses can see year-to-year trends rather than a single snapshot.
