What does a website technician package cover?
Technicians handle small to medium tasks on live websites: design and layout adjustments, mobile refinements, service or pricing pages, landing pages, content blocks and interactive elements. A complete website rebuild should use a design package.
When are hours deducted?
Hours are deducted only after the task is agreed. We break down each request, estimate hours and ask you to confirm before starting. The technician follows the agreed scope, and hours are deducted from that week's allowance when you accept the result, with no unexpected charges.
What if a task exceeds this week's hours?
If a task needs more time than your remaining weekly allowance, your technician explains before doing additional work. We proceed only with your agreement. If this happens often, consider a larger allowance; major work such as a full rebuild should use a design package.
Which KTV package should I choose?
Choose based on your actual weekly technical workload. KTV1 offers 2 hours for a few small changes. KTV2 offers 5 hours and KTV3 8 hours for regular maintenance or more tasks. KTV4 offers 10 hours and KTV5 15 hours for faster handling, with rates from VND 130,000/hour. Send your task list if you need help choosing.

Website management packages (QTV) cover monthly content care: articles, image optimization, slide updates and reports, from VND 2,200,000/month, with a minimum 3-month contract. Technician packages (KTV) use a weekly hour allowance for design changes, new pages and landing pages. You can use both.
How do I send requests to my technician?
Send tasks via Zalo or hotline 0932 092 002, hotro@123website.vn or a ticket on 123Website ERP. Include the task, priority and relevant page so your technician can estimate faster. Requests are received during business hours: Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30, Sat 8:00–12:00.
